Here's your mid week update. Just returned from dinner at Bari's then went to Chuck E Cheese for Lincoln's 2nd potty chart completion. We decided that his next chart will be a lot longer, or we would be going to Chuck E Cheese every 4 days!! Lincoln went and gave the Chuck E a big hug and wouldn't let go. Then he followed Chuck E around the whole restaurant while he went around to see all the other kids. He really is a Chuck E fan!! Tomorrow we start Lincoln's new fall gymnastics class. I'm excited because he graduated from the other class and now he can be in "gymnster grads", which is good for me b/c I can just observe versus having to be in there to help him. I wouldn't mind being in there, but it was getting hard to help him and also juggle watching the baby. Lincoln loves gymnastics and is a good listener so he does really well. Some of you don't know this, but I was a gymnist myself for 13 years, so I guess he's taking after his mommy!! If you are interested in looking at where Lincoln is doing his gymnastics, check out the website: www.gymkidssports.com
Lawson has decided he has better things to do than nursing, so he is weaning himself. We are down to just 2 nursings a day and the rest bottle. In the next couple of days we will probably be 100% weaned to the bottle. Lincoln also weaned himself, but it wasn't until 10 months. I think part of Lawson's problem is that he is more interested in watching what Lincoln is doing, trying to get around, etc.....
Hope everyone is doing well, thanks for the comments. It keeps me motivated to keep it up!! If you visit the blog, leave a comment for us!!
