YUM!!! I know what I want next time I visit!! It looks like a professional made it...are you sure he didn't just re-plate it? Linoln's looking good with the chopsticks!
Jen, You're on so long as you clean up the mess. I was really surprised by how messy the ordeal was. Some call sushi art, sorta like finger paint I guess. I'm still finding rice in odd places??
Any way, it was really fun and yes I was a little leery but now that its all over it was quite tasty and by my calculation at only a fraction of the cost of the real deal. In my haste I forgot the crab meat and cream cheese, maybe next time.
I would recommend to anyone that is patient with preparation and that doesn’t mind a mess on their hands, literally.
