Sad urday

OK, we are a little sad about our munchin still be under the weather. BUT, he does seem to be feeling a bit better. Dr changed him to soy formula while he isn't feeling well, and boy does he love that stuff!! he is drinking twice as much formula, and eating less solids.... Keep him and Lincoln in your prayers that they remain healthy over the winter. I really hope we don't have one of those winters where they are both always sick and passing it to each other. We have our FLU shots on Monday.

Ron completed a large project today. He tore out the carpet in the formal dining room and laid real hard woods. It took him the whole day to complete, he had one of his workers here to help out. It looks GREAT!! Will post pics when furniture is all back in place. We plan on doing all rooms in hard wood one by one except the living room which has a nice Berber carpet. Study is next and then the boys rooms.... Can't wait, we dislike our carpet. And I vacuum at least once, mostly twice a day.... Yuck....

We got out of Ron's way, and went up to Grapevine Mills Mall. I have never been to a mall that was so crowded as it was tonight. It seemed like it was Christmas Eve or something. I walked into the Gap thinking I'd buy myself a sweater. I couldn't even get the stroller in there: there were at least a million mad people in there, and as you looked around all the clothes were thrown off the shelves and on the floor.... I'll go back during the week where me and the other moms have the whole quiet place to ourselves!!

We did manage to get Lincoln's hair cut, buy him 2 jeans, throw in coins to the alligators at Rainforest Cafe, Wave hello and give the real Hello Kitty a hug: it's her birthday you know, share one sugar cookie between all three of us, and make it around a complete circle..... Oh yeah, and Lincoln's highlight was watching the turtle's, mice, and hermit crabs at the mall kiosk....

Ron and I ordered in Sushi and watched some TV..... Great Saturday... Heading to church in the am...
