Here's the brisket Matthew and Ron prepared. They even made homemade bbq sauce. Matthew did the whole smoking, which took the whole day. I made some corn on the cob and sweet potatoes, and we had a delicious meal. Ron and Matthew want to sign up for a dinner on the family trip and smoke a couple of briskets....

Yes, I should let everyone know that it was indeed very delicious. Matt, formerly know to many of us as Matthew really took a gaint leap while spending the last week with us. Yes, he learned to cook like a man. He spent the entire day on Thursday preparing this feast. Great job Matt. Oh, by the way, Matt and I have agreed to share this new found recipe with the family at the 2008 family vacation.
