Goal: Make 5 different Christmas cookies this year and get them in the freezer for the holidays. There, I said it, now I'm going to have to do it.
(On Christmas eve we will be hosting a party of 16 people so far.... So, I'm starting to prepare early...)

I made some good ones over the weekend for cookie swap (and they were EASY)...they were a BIG hit at work yesterday. I'll post pics and the recipe when I make the real deal in a couple weeks.
