Bunny Cookies

Tonight was our Easter Cookie decorating... Always one of my favorite (yummy, fun, cute) times of the holiday, yet one of my least favorites (mess, mess, mess). I like breaking the cookie decorating into 3 time periods. One for making the dough and putting it in the fridge until ready to use. Two: rolling dough, doing the cut outs and baking. Then the 3rd activity is the decorating, which is always ends up being the messiest, but always ends in getting to eat one!
