Where did all the time go?
Ok I'll admit, I may be freaking out "just a little" bit that I'll be having a baby next week!!! All in all I have to say that pregnancy #3 was the easiest for me. It sure did fly by! And even though part of me wants to go for baby #4, I know that this is my last pregnancy and last baby so I am enjoying every moment of. Just can't wait to have that little baby in my arms!!!

Makes me miss my Bunny!
Live Bunny Photo's today at our church's Easter Egg Hunt. What a fun time with bounce houses, bunnies, egg hunts, face painting/tatoo's, balloon animals, etc... etc....
After coming home from the Easter party, the boys chose to go swimming with Daddy instead of attending Easter party #2. Now they are at a friends house waiting for us to go out to dinner. Would love to be a kid again!!!

Swim Te*am
Lincoln officially has a spot on the local swim team for the summer. He's a great swimmer and loves to do laps. He can do all the different strokes. However, he had to be persuaded to try out swim team, because he doesn't want to "race" other people. He likes to leisurely swim at his own pace. I think he'll do great!!! Looking forward to trying it out. I did not, however, realize that the 5-6 year old team had to practice EVERY SINGLE day during the season (June and July). That's a big commitment for me having to drag a newborn and a 4 yr old along for daily practices. Perhaps I'll find someone to carpool with. Swim meets will be every Saturday, so another challenge will be having a newborn out at the meets in 100plus degree weather. I'm always up for a challenge, and I'm really excited to see how Lincoln will do. If he likes it, maybe next summer both boys can be on a team because they start at age 5 and believe it or not, Lawson will be 5 next summer!

Baby Shower
Two of my neighbors threw me a baby shower!! It was small and casual, just like I wanted!! I think there were 15 gals there, at least, maybe a couple more than that. Half were my neighbors and half were close friends that I had invited. My sister Sue and niece Lauren came into town from Houston. I loved all my presents, thanks everyone!!! I've had so much fun the last 2 days washing and putting away all my/his new things...
I loved opening all the presents, just didn't like everyone watching me do it!!!

Staycation
So far, our Spring Break has been fun and eventful. We are enjoying our "staycation" and keeping busy.
Monday: We spent the whole afternoon Rollerskating with our playgroup friends.
Lincoln had piano lessons, then we rode bikes until it was too dark outside...
Tuesday: The boys went with me to my sonogram. We picked up Lincoln's friend, Taylor, and headed for lunch and play at McD's. Then the boys and Taylor played and played and played... They spent about 3 hrs playing outback!! More bike riding in the evening.
Wednesday: St. Patrick's Day
We started our morning off with a Scavenger Hunt from the "Leprechaun".... This was a big hit, and the surprise at the end was the Twister game! Something I tried to give to someone for a birthday present last week, but the boys were begging me to keep it. So, we had to play a few game of good old fashioned Twister! We had green oatmeal for breakfast, then the boys had to hunt down a few neighbors that weren't wearing green to pinch.
This afternoon, we spent FOUR whole hours of indoor swimming at the community center. I think Lincoln probably did at least 50 cannon balls off the diving board. Fun times... We rented Planet 51, and they will be heading off to Awana (church) in just a bit. That is if I can wake Lincoln up from his nap, all that swimming wiped him out! Falling asleep for a nap at 5pm is NOT a good thing... This probably means he will wake up at 8pm, then be up until midnight!
Still figuring out what the last 2 days of Spring Break has in store for us!

Sono
Sonogram went well this morning, the boys came with me! As of now, the baby already weighs 6 lbs (and still is measuring a full week ahead). Since the baby has 3 more weeks to grow, she estimated that we are looking at a 7 1/2 lb baby. We'll see!! Lincoln was 8 lbs 10 oz (almost 2 weeks late), and Lawson was 7 lbs 15 oz (one week early). Since this baby will be coming 2 weeks early, he more than likely will be the smallest one.

Baby Update:
I have my last sonogram tomorrow. Both boys are coming with me to see the baby!!
3 weeks to go!! Induction continues to be scheduled for April 8 th. Baby continue's to look healthy, and possibly big???
Total weight gain so far: 27 lbs. Looks like a lot more to me!! Supposed to gain 1 lb a week for the next 3 weeks, so it looks like my total weight gain might be around 30 lbs... (with Lincoln I gained a total of 42lbs and Lawson only 19lbs) Funny how all 3 pregnancies can be such different experiences.
I'm preregistered at the hospital, so I'm pretty much ready to go at anytime now!
My mom will be here when I deliver to help take care of the boys while I'm at the hospital, and to bring the boys up to meet the baby.... The same day she leaves, Ron's mom flies in to stay for a week to help us out post-delivery!! I feel so much better knowing our Mom's will be here!
Starting to stockpile my freezer by cooking and freezing extra meals, homemade bread, etc... This will sure help out during the transition. And of course, I'll be treated to some new mommy meals by friends and neighbors, Thanks!
Back Pain is my only complaint at this time, and that interferes with my sleep so please pray for relief of the pain and better sleep for me!

Nanny and Dave
It was great to see Uncle Moses (Ron's brother) in Florida!
He stepped right in and entertained the boys!
We wanted to say a big Thank You to Nanny and Dave for hosting us at their cozy beach home. Thanks for everything, and Mom thanks for keeping up with our never ending laundry: that was huge job you took on... on top off everything else you had to do!!! Thanks guys for yet another memorable beach vacation. We'll be back next year, with all 3 boys!!! Be prepared!!
